Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and work together. I love helping kids learn while competing, using esports to make education engaging and meaningful. At my previous school, I helped lead an esports program through a STEAM initiative, and I hope to bring that opportunity to my new school. My goal is to establish a competitive esports team that develops critical thinking, strategic planning, communication, digital literacy, and sportsmanship while preparing students to represent our school in organized competitions and build skills that benefit them inside and outside the classroom.
