My Project

My third graders are curious, enthusiastic learners who love discovering new things! We are learning about the 50 states, and each student will choose one state to research. They will learn about its location, landmarks, history, culture, and interesting facts before preparing a short presentation to share with our class. The resources from this project will help make their research hands-on and engaging while giving students opportunities to practice reading, writing, researching, organizing information, and speaking confidently in front of others. I can’t wait to see where their learning takes them!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
