My Project

Task boxes are essential in special education, providing structured, hands-on, and individualized learning tailored to students with disabilities. These step-by-step activities promote independence, fostering self-reliance and confidence with minimal assistance.

The students in my classroom thrive on hands-on learning that they wouldn't otherwise receive in a general education classroom.

My students have a great deal of knowledge, and it's up to me, as their teacher, to get creative and find unique, engaging ways to help that knowledge surface.

This year, we’ve had a huge influx of students with significant needs, and it is crucial that we do everything that we can to help them thrive.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
