My Project

I am thrilled to be continuing my journey at a school where students align their academic experiences with career-focused pathways. In our math classroom, we don't just look at numbers; we connect classroom concepts to real-world applications and explore future career goals. To ensure that every student can fully dive into these projects without worry, I am creating a supportive environment where access to materials is never a barrier to learning.

With your generous support, I am requesting essential school supplies to build comprehensive Math Class Starter Kits for my students.

This kit will include vital tools such as composition notebooks, pencils, highlighters, ink pens, markers, scissors, glue sticks, and heavy-duty ticket holders. These tools will ensure that every single student walks into my room on day one with the exact resources they need to be successful. By equipping them with these foundational items, we can bypass the stress of missing supplies and focus entirely on collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.

These supplies will be used daily to transform how my students engage with mathematics. The composition notebooks will serve as personalized math journals for goal setting, note-taking, and interactive problem-solving. Students will use the markers, highlighters, and pens to color-code notes and map out problem solving tasks, while the scissors and glue sticks will help them build interactive notebooks. Finally, the ticket holders will serve as reusable personal whiteboards, allowing students to draft work, collaborate with peers, and make mistakes fearlessly as they master new concepts.
