They are enjoying all of the activities and fun that the materials have provided to our classroom! The students were so excited and surprised with every new box that came in! As I opened and set up the new items, their excitement grew and grew!\r\nThe scoreboard has created a fun and interactive way for us to play our Red Fox/Green Fox behavior game within the classroom! Before we were marking it on the board with tally marks and now it's even more fun with our digital scoreboard! The kids cheer every time we get a green fox point and they see that number change! \r\nThe voice recording buttons have been so helpful for our students with centers! I can record myself giving directions for each center and students just push the button to hear the directions and get started on their center! This gives them their own independence with starting centers and helps me continue small groups without constant interruptions to give directions. \r\nWe have used the letter and number stampers constantly, allowing us to have even more fun learning to read and do math through playdough fun! \r\nThe geometric builders have been a top hit during play centers! Students are begging to be the group to start there each time and can't wait to get building! \r\nThe expo markers are a great replacement for our markers as we use them so frequently that they dry out within a couple of weeks! \r\nFinally, the clipboards are something we use daily now in the classroom and there's no need now for some students to use whiteboards instead because there are enough clipboards for everyone! They love being able to carry them around to do write/count the room or to bring to the carpet to practice their writing and math skills. \r\nAs we end our third quarter and begin the last quarter of kindergarten, we will be dicing deep into reading books, adding and subtracting, learning about plants and animal needs, and so much more!
