The students have had so much fun learning new things with the items that were purchased. I have students in my classroom who love to have hands on and build using manipulatives. When the students saw the STEM building activities they were so excited to start using them and working together. One item that the students worked together on was to build a boat using straws and connectors. The students really worked together, working on how to communicate what was needed where. Watching students develop communication skills, and how to work together is such a huge milestone in Kindergarten! \r\n\r\nThe students also have had such a fun time doing a 'letter of the day' and paring an activity with that letter. Some of the days were B-Bubbles, O-Origami, and P-Pen day. Having the students excited about their learning is so fun to see in the classroom, and I have you to thank by providing these materials!
