My class would really benefit from having a space to read independently. Enjoying a book in a comfortable space would be fun and inviting for students to read every day. A bookshelf and baskets will help organize and create a classroom library where students can easily and independently find books at their reading and interest level. Comfortable chairs will give students an enjoyable place to read. Being able to display our classroom library in an organized location will help students pick out books they will enjoy reading. They will love to sit down with their favorite book in a cozy area dedicated to reading. My goal is to enstill a love of reading and help them becoming life long readers.
