We also have a few new literacy activities as well. The moment the books arrived, the classroom buzzed with joy and curiosity. When I opened the boxes the students were very excited. I shared with them how I have more appropriate books that they can read now. The students all cheered. It was a powerful reminder of how access to the right materials can build both skill and confidence.Since then, we've incorporated the new books into our daily reading routine. Each day, students select \"just right\" books from the new additions for independent reading and take-home practice. It's amazing to see them engaged in meaningful conversations about books, practicing fluency, comprehension, and most importantly, developing a true love of reading. We've read to our classmates, building speaking skills and a community of readers. Thanks to your support, they'll have plenty of rich, level-appropriate texts to choose from.Your generosity has made a lasting impact.
