One memorable moment was when a group of students worked collaboratively to design a tall structure that could stand without falling. They tested different ideas, adjusted their designs, and encouraged one another when something did not work the first time. This hands-on experience allowed students to practice persistence, teamwork, and critical thinking in a meaningful way.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, their excitement was immediate. Their faces lit up as they eagerly asked questions and explored how the pieces fit together. Many students jumped right into building, while others carefully examined the materials and shared ideas with their peers. The excitement carried into thoughtful discussions as students explained their designs and proudly shared what they created.\r\n\r\nThe next steps for my students include using these STEM tools to support upcoming lessons focused on problem-solving and early engineering concepts. The colored paper has given them more choices during projects and even turned our traditional white spelling tests into something fun and engaging. Adding more color has truly added more joy to our daily routine. The packaging tape and electric stapler have also been a huge bonus—students are able to use them confidently without worrying about whether they're doing it \"the right way,\" which has encouraged greater independence during projects. Having an extra set of headphones has been incredibly helpful as well; whenever a student's personal pair stops working, they can still participate fully. And the labels have been wonderful for organizing our folders, centers, and classroom games.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the students were so excited to open the boxes and see what was inside.
