Step by step, he walked the class through construction, and every student had a role in bringing the project to life.\r\n\r\nSince then, the library has quickly become a favorite spot for students. They are thrilled to know they can pick out books to take home and start their own personal libraries, without the expectation to return or exchange them. For many, this has opened the door to reading at home in a way they hadn't experienced before. I've seen students eagerly check the library each day, excited to discover what new books might be waiting for them.\r\n\r\nOur next steps include continuing to stock the library with engaging books and involving students in keeping it maintained. This project has not only encouraged a love of reading, but also given our students a hands-on experience in building, teamwork, and giving back to their community. Thanks to your generosity, I believe this little free library has left a lasting impact on my students.","fullyFundedDate":1746786127394,"projectUrl":"project/building-readers-building-community/9268722/","projectTitle":"Building Readers, Building Community","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hafke","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9012627_orig.jpg?crop=2400,2400,x0,y304&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1742324722690","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9012627"},{"teacherId":8075514,"projectId":9200577,"letterContent":"Thank you for your generous donation that allowed me to bring History to Life for my students!
