Many of my scholars don't always have the supplies they need, so having their own backpack with materials they can keep up with made them feel proud, prepared, and important. One student said, \"Now I have my own things,\" and held onto their backpack like it was a treasure. Moments like that show how much dignity and confidence these resources bring.\r\n\r\nOur new reading rug and floor seats have already become the heart of our classroom. Students rushed to try the cozy seats, settling in with books and smiling as they found comfortable spots to read. For some of my scholars who need calm spaces to focus, this area has made a noticeable difference. It gives them a place where reading feels peaceful, safe, and enjoyable.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, my students now have tools to support their learning at school and at home, along with a reading space that helps them feel welcome and supported. You've given them comfort, stability, and a sense of belonging — and that impact will carry them through the entire school year.
