Sometimes, before we can even begin to talk, a student simply needs a place where they can pause, take a breath, and feel that someone is there for them.\r\n\r\nThe additional seating also gives students more space to connect with peers, work together, share common challenges, and develop real-world solutions that make sense to them.\r\n\r\nMy hope is that every student who enters my office receives the same message: You are safe here. You are welcome here. You matter.\r\n\r\nThank you for recognizing the importance of creating a space where students can let their guard down, find support, and know they don't have to carry everything alone.
