My students were thrilled to see our new materials. I'll share briefly about a few of our favorite things we received. \r\n\r\nThe extra Lego sets were a great addition to the Legos we have and added so much to our Lego mazes. Students were able to work on their own or with a partner. They had new pieces, like arches and decor that made the design and creativity shine. Although this was a great project, we use Legos almost weekly in one of our classes as a great way to build and design so I know these will get used over and over. \r\n\r\nThe domino sets are also a huge hit because they come from one of our favorite domino builders, Lily Hevesh. We talk so often about making mistakes and learning from them and how better to practice that than with dominoes. We are even considering a whole school domino build towards the end of the year. How cool would that be?
