Because of you, my students were able to add an additional futon that helped transform our room into a \"police station\" learning environment.\r\nWith this new futon, we now have three separate investigation stations. Student groups use these spaces to confidentially plan, create, and set up a crime scene somewhere in the school. The separate stations allow teams to spread out, work collaboratively, and keep their crime details confidential so other groups cannot overhear their plans.\r\nOnce the crimes are written and staged somewhere in the school, the groups solve the crimes created by their classmates. This process encourages critical thinking, creativity, communication, and authentic problem-solving. The flexible seating makes students comfortable and engaged while supporting teamwork and focus.\r\nYour support made this immersive, hands-on learning experience possible.
