We are no longer \"normalizing\" math. We are doing a Mathematical Midset. This has the students thinking outside the box to learn math. This is a guided self exploration of math. The students face the problem on their own with hints of how to do the problem. They find their own understanding of each problem.\r\nThese items are used for competition and motivation. We do review Fridays and play a game that motivates them to try hard. They work problems, first two groups done get to play a game against each other for points. Group with the most points at the end of class gets a prize. \r\nThese materials will provide a way to let students learn and interact in the lessons.
