My students now have a safe, private space with many tools to help them self-regulate and get back to learning. The breathing bear has been a big hit! In addition, the play doh and tubes are great for students who need something to physically manipulate in order to calm. Having little snacks available to them also helps students who are hungry, plus I am starting a little \"pantry\" of sorts with snacks, warm gloves and hate, and school supplies for students in need.
