As a unique partnership with homeschool families across the Spokane region, TEC is committed to building a vibrant and positive school community, and these prizes have played a huge role in making that happen. Each month, 12 students are recognized for demonstrating our CharacterStrong character traits, and the excitement and pride on their faces says it all, student recognition truly is infectious!\r\n\r\nWe have received a wonderful variety of educational and fun prizes, including card games, Skip-Bo, Uno, special keychains, unique erasers, pencils, highlighters, and markers. The beloved Pete the Cat books have also been a huge hit, bringing joy and positive messages to our young readers in a fun and engaging way. One of the biggest highlights has been the Pokémon games, which have become a centerpiece of our after-school Pokémon Club! Students are actively engaged, building friendships, and having a blast all while being rewarded for showing up as their best selves. We have already seen remarkable positive growth just one month into the school year!\r\n\r\nThese prizes have done so much more than simply reward good behavior, they have helped spark a culture of positivity and belonging at TEC.
