Because of your support we have been able to do monthly cooking lessons with a variety of food including some, like squash, that students have never tasted/experienced before. \r\n\r\nWe are preparing for our winter cooking this week (Decemeber 1st) and the kids are excited to finally break out some of the equipment like the food processor. They will be making vegan pumpkin tarts with tofu instead of nuts due to allergies. They are super excited to see how the food processors will turn fresh pumpkin and the other ingredients into the smooth filling they are use to.\r\n\r\nWe are so grateful to be able to expand our program with your help and bring culinary arts to all our students K-5.
