The brightly colored paper was perfect for creating organized, interactive notebooks that students used throughout the year. Each unit was clearly laid out with learning objectives, and thanks to your generosity, my students had some of the most organized notebooks I have seen in my 12 years of teaching. Families were impressed during Curriculum Night, and many enjoyed looking through their students' notebooks and seeing the learning taking place in our classroom.\r\n\r\nThe Jolly Ranchers have also been a huge hit! They have been a fun and effective way to celebrate student success, whether it be students winning Spanish review games, participating in Spanish Bingo, or stepping outside their comfort zones to learn and perform salsa dancing moves in front of their classmates. These small rewards helped create a positive, engaging classroom culture where students were excited to participate.\r\n\r\nThe tissues ended up being an unexpected lifesaver. Our school did not receive a tissue shipment during the first month of school, so having this supply on hand made a tremendous difference. Not only was I able to keep my classroom stocked, but I was also able to share tissues with coworkers who were facing the same shortage.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in my students and our classroom community. With individual headsets, each student can fully participate in these activities without competing noises. Students are more attentive, discussions are more thoughtful, and independent work time is far more efficient.
