It has helped us get the school year started with a burst of color! The students are always so excited to see the new supplies and get to dig into their creativity. We have used the paint to make 3d spinning mobiles in 4th grade and in second grade we learned about George Seurat and his painting technique pointillism. We made fall tree in this style. Another class is learning about color theory and used the paints to complete color wheels. It is always an exciting day in the art room when the students see the paint on the table.","fullyFundedDate":1753979239966,"projectUrl":"project/have-their-cake-and-paint-it-too/9472634/","projectTitle":"Have Their Cake and Paint It Too!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. White","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9680219_orig.png?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1735795050809","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9680219"},{"teacherId":9680219,"projectId":9482974,"letterContent":"Thank you for your donations of supplies to start the year off with excitement! In second grade we used the pens to outline our representational self portraits and the students are looking forward to adding the pony beads to projects when we do our weaving for women's history month.
