We discussed the word compassion which included listing ways we could show compassion in our community. Last month, we talked about how kindness has a chain reaction. We are passing on the kindness by including hand written encouragement in each bag. We hope this brightens the day of those less fortunate. \r\nWhen the kind club students saw all the supplies donated to us, they were amazed and excited to get started. The most popular station was the flashlight reading room! Students and their parents chose from the donated books, grabbed a finger flashlight, a finger pointer, and got right into reading.
