Because of your generosity, our classroom now has a beautiful teaching table that has quickly become the heart of our learning space.\r\n\r\nStudents have gathered around the table for hands on learning experiences. One of our favorite activities so far has been our science investigations. Students worked together to explore using a pin and a balloon without popping the balloon and other engaging science materials. The table provided the perfect space for collaboration, discussion, and discovery. Having a designated teaching area allowed every student to see, participate, and stay actively engaged in the lesson.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the new table, they immediately noticed how welcoming and special our classroom felt. Many commented that it looked like a real science and learning station where they could gather, experiment, and share ideas. They were excited to sit around it and couldn't wait to begin using it during lessons.\r\n\r\nThe new table has transformed our classroom environment. It created an organized space where students can comfortably participate in small group instruction, science experiments, guided reading, and collaborative projects. The flexible learning area has helped make lessons more interactive and meaningful.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we will continue using the table for STEM activities, literacy groups, and project-based learning. Students are currently exploring scientific concepts through experiments and observations, and this space allows them to work together as young scientists. We are also using the table for targeted instruction, where students can receive additional support and enrichment in a comfortable setting.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has given us more than furniture, it has provided a gathering place for learning, curiosity, and growth. The new Ozobots have already been used with 22 classrooms at our school for engaging and interesting activities. While we had some Ozobots in the past, they were about as old as some of our students which is old for technology. Many were dead or on their last leg of battery, making it difficult to use them with students for too long.\r\n\r\nThese new Ozobot have allows students to connect computer science, coding, and curriculum into one lesson. Students faces have lit up with excitement watching Ozobot drive over their color codes and perform cool tricks. So far this year Ozobot has explored his tricks, used math problems to go trick or treating, traveled through the different cloud types in science, and followed to the flow of energy in a food chain. \r\n\r\nEven some of our most reluctant students have enjoyed learning about Ozobot and using him to make their learning fun. \r\n\r\nThank you from the bottom of my heart for making this technology accessible to our students.
