It has been a time intensive project to put together and get rolled out but the first group is doing well. Some have already won prized for meeting goals. \r\n The students have laminated cards with one goal and two or three objectives to meet that goal on each card. The card also contains a QR code. The students wear these cards on their school lanyards and actively work on these goals daily. Teachers scan the QR codes giving the students a \"Yes\" or a \"No\" depending on if the student met that goal during class. When the students achieve five \"yes\" reports in a row they get to spin the digital spinner and win the prize off the spinner. \r\n The feedback from teachers has been helping these students see where they need to work harder and it's motivating them to focus on areas where they need improvement. The students are enjoying the opportunity to achieve something for their hard work and I enjoy rewarding them for meeting their goals.
