Students earn points by completing work accurately, completing work on time, achieving learning goals, and putting forth effort. They are able to earn at least 15 points every week, but many students earn much more.\r\n\r\nWith their points, students purchase the items you paid for and other items that have been donated by parents or handmade by me.\r\n\r\nAll of my students are excited by these prizes! They can choose from fidget toys, stickers, handmade bookmarks, miniature puzzles, extraordinary pens, slime, and even crack-your own geodes (those are the favorites).\r\n\r\nWork completion has reached a record high in my classroom. Now, all the students have to do is come into class, grab their folders, and begin working on their essays, or pick up where they left off. Having what they need, when they need it has also helped lower student anxiety.
