In today's classroom, technology plays a huge role in helping students stay engaged and learn at their own pace. With headphones, students can focus better on instructional videos without distractions from surrounding classroom noise. This has been especially helpful during independent practice, listening activities, and video lessons where students may need to pause, replay, or review information multiple times to fully understand the content.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for students has been the ability to feel more independent and in control of their learning. They enjoy being able to fully immerse themselves in lessons and clearly hear directions, discussions, and educational content. Some of my quieter students and students who need additional support have especially benefited from the headphones because they are more comfortable replaying videos privately and learning at a pace that works best for them. Students are more engaged, focused, and confident when they can interact with technology in a way that feels personalized to their needs.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, our classroom has become a more focused and supportive learning environment. These headphones may seem like a small tool, but they make a huge difference in helping students stay engaged, successful, and excited about learning every day. Thank you for supporting our students and helping provide them with meaningful learning experiences.","fullyFundedDate":1737951116321,"projectUrl":"project/english-blast-independent-learning/8834168/","projectTitle":"English Blast (Independent Learning)","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Cruz","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8888424_orig.png?crop=476,476,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1682085144291","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8888424"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_34084","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":584,"numTeachers":54,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":74,"percentWhite":14,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":6,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":2,"gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"10.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"TOWN_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":44.4,"schoolId":34084,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Greensville County High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Greensville County High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/virginia/greensville-county-public-schools/greensville-co-high-school/34084"}
