They have renamed the room from 'Self-Care Suite' to 'Self-Love Suite' and visit it daily. Their faces LIGHT UP when they are able to visit to get snacks or hygienic supplies. Knowing that they have a place that they can depend on to pick up the necessary supplies - like pads, soap, and body wipes - is a game changer and I can already see a difference in their demeanor. Many of them visit multiple times a week. Not only do they pick up what they need, but I also have more opportunities to check in with them to see how they are feeling and to see what else they might need.
