Because of your contribution, I was able to complete my Breathe For Change training — an experience that has truly been life-changing.\r\n\r\nThroughout the training, I learned powerful strategies that have helped me become the best version of myself, both personally and professionally. These practices have now become a part of my daily routine at work, and I teach them explicitly to the students I serve. It has been incredible to see how these tools not only support my own well-being, but also empower the students to care for themselves and each other.\r\n\r\nOne of the most transformative strategies I've embraced is breathwork. Learning various breathing techniques has had a profound impact on my life, and I'm proud to share that these practices are now part of our school community. The students have been flying through the books that were donated thanks to your gift. I have a long list of kids waiting to read each of the books and it's so nice to see kids reading without being begged for the first time in my teaching career. The students have been taking such good care of the books and have been so nice to each other about it. It warms my heart to see the kids recommending certain books to other kids and even giving up their spot in the list so new kids can experience a new series for the first time.\r\n\r\nManga provides an excellent opportunity for my students to experience and explore character development. The students have been doing an excellent job of connecting their free reading with the donated books to the lessons being taught in Language Arts with the county supplied materials.
