I've already noticed improved attention and participation from several students who benefit from this type of support.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, they were beyond excited! Their faces lit up, and they couldn't wait to try them. A few students were even eager to help pump up the wobble chairs so they could be ready for everyone to use. When the boxes first arrived and we opened them them, they were absolutely thrilled to dive in and because of you, our learning environment is in the process of becoming a hub of creativity, collaboration, and language discovery. \r\n\r\nThe arrival of the Magnetic Tiles, and Stem Building Toys has sparked a new level of engagement. My students are natural explorers, but these resources have given them tools to bring some of their visions to life. Various groups of students have been able to collaborate using the magnetic tiles to build a \"Community Center.\" I watched as they negotiated how to stabilize the structure and I have witnessed students who are typically quite shy, take the lead in explaining how they wanted figurines such as LEGO characters to interact with each other within this newly created space. Seeing my students' confidence bloom is exactly why these hands-on materials are so vital.\r\n\r\nAs many of my students are native Spanish speakers, the magnetic letter tiles have become an essential bridge in their journey toward English mastery.\r\n\r\nWe have been using the letters to build words in activities such as allowing students to physically move the tiles to see how changing one letter transforms a word (like turning cat into can). Having these concrete, moveable objects makes the abstract concept of a second language feel much more manageable and fun. They aren't just memorizing; they are building their new language with their own hands.\r\n\r\nOnce again, thank you for believing in our creativity. These supplies have enabled them to feel like they can build anything they can imagine!
