However, the creative craft supplies were still incredibly well used and had a powerful impact on student learning inside the classroom.\r\n\r\nStudents created imaginative projects including scary vultures, spooky spiders, jumping jellyfish, and brave bats, using the materials to bring their ideas to life. These hands-on art experiences were paired with informative writing, as students researched and wrote paragraphs explaining how these animals are often misunderstood. Through their work, students learned that while these creatures may seem scary at first, they play an important role in supporting our environment and ecosystem.\r\n\r\nThis project encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and empathy, helping students see the natural world through a more thoughtful and informed lens.
