The last few years has been especially hard on families and has impacted our school community. There are more families that are financially impacted and homeless. I am now able to provide them with hygiene and clothing products that they could not afford. The families are so appreciative of the products.\r\n\r\nMany of my students come from large families with limited income who can not afford winter clothing. Your donation helps keep a child warm in the cold Vermont winter. I appreciate that when students get their clothes wet I am able to offer them dry ones especially socks. \r\n\r\nBeing able to provide students with hygiene and clothing products has a positive impact on their mental and physical health. We ended up just using the grabbing arms and using one of the outside trash cans to put the trash that we found in. Students were really proud of all the materials they were able to clean up and it really makes a big difference in the way our school looks. Since this was a student-led project, they were all really inspired that one of their grants came through. Having professional art paper I hope will inspire them to follow their talent and passion for art.
