Your generosity has made an incredible difference in our classroom. My students were beyond excited to explore and use the new materials, and their enthusiasm has not faded since day one.\r\n\r\nThe floor desks have been transformative. They give students comfortable, flexible seating options and allow them to work upright instead of lying on the floor—something many of them truly appreciate. The trampoline has also been far more impactful than I ever imagined. While it was originally intended for students who needed a quick movement break, it has become a joyful learning tool as well. Students now use it to count to one hundred, practice spelling their sight words, and more—each bounce representing a number or letter. It has turned learning into something they eagerly line up to participate in.\r\n\r\nThe stepping stones have added the same level of excitement. Students use them to count, break words into syllables, and spell sight words. These materials have brought energy, focus, and fun into so many daily activities, and I've seen engagement skyrocket because of them.","fullyFundedDate":1755705042570,"projectUrl":"project/help-students-learn-in-an-engaging-and-a/9380851/","projectTitle":"Help Students Learn in an Engaging and Active Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Young","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10042401"},{"teacherId":3259478,"projectId":9593952,"letterContent":"Thank you for your donation of headphones for our classroom. This Scholastic magazine provides a number of stories that meet the Common Core Standards for third graders. The magazine has different genres of stories such as nonfiction, fiction, plays and paired articles that allow students to compare issures and provide an opinion. My students were so engaged and loved reading the \"Mystery Monster\" this last week. The nonfictional artical shared information about a photograph of an object in Lake Champlain. We had a lengthy discussion on the possibilities of what it could be. My students loved reading this article and the other stories in the magazine.\r\n\r\nWe have used the Story Works magazine in whole group class reading and small group as well. The scripted plays have individual parts for each student to have a turn reading. This is done in small groups supporting students in the different reading levels. I can provide instruction and help the struggling child in a small group setting. The plays are my favorites.\r\n\r\nAgain, I am so grateful for this amazing magazine that exposes my students to different genres and engaging stories.","fullyFundedDate":1746464182791,"projectUrl":"project/stunning-storyworks-magazine/9318107/","projectTitle":"Stunning StoryWorks Magazine!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Coleman","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8276542_orig.jpg?crop=349,349,x11,y10&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746399958090","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8276542"},{"teacherId":3259478,"projectId":9237715,"letterContent":"The students in my class were so very excited to receive the books and reading materials!
