With the addition of Badminton and Pickleball equipment to our PE program, students have been able to enjoy engaging, inclusive activities that foster both physical growth and social connection. These sports have brought new energy into our classes, giving students opportunities to work together, encourage one another, and build stronger relationships. After the disruptions caused by the pandemic, it has been inspiring to see students reconnect, laugh, and bond through these shared experiences. The teamwork and camaraderie they have developed have been invaluable in strengthening our school culture. \r\n\r\nBeyond the social benefits, the physical impact has been just as meaningful. Students have improved their hand-eye coordination, balance, and overall fitness while participating in games that are accessible and enjoyable for all skill levels. Many of our students have expressed excitement about learning new activities they can play with family and friends outside of school, helping them discover ways to stay active and healthy for life.
