In our class, we do weekly pass offs, and the prize box is a motivational tool. Many students immediately started getting ahead on their assignments for a chance to get into the prize box. Now, I can perform that maintenance on smaller instruments, and for larger instruments, I can get mouthpieces and removable slides cleaned regularly. \r\n\r\nThe savings this will bring will allow me to do so much more than before.
