We use them to motivate students to complete work. We have been using them mostly for small group work however we do also use them for people who try their best and complete a test of first try or other assignments that may be long and challenging.\r\nAll of the schools have shifted to a unique behavior system for management called PVIS in a large part of PBIS is supporting positive behaviors with rewards and treats, and this has allowed for that to happen inside my classroom. We also have a class store that comes out on Fridays that the students are able to buy things from. They have appreciated buying a lot of the things that you have decided to donate or help.
