We did a huge research project where the students had to research three jobs they might want to do in the future. They took an aptitude test and it guided them to what they might be successful in. They put their 1st choice career in the middle where the largest section was. Then their 2 other choices were on the sides. I had another class come up with a question per student and they were assigned to go around asking my students their assigned question.
