Working with partners was not as easy to see whose work belonged to who.\r\nNow with the new resource of the magnetic grid, students can feel free to make mistakes, correct them quickly and accurately and differentiate between their work and their neighbor's work since they each have their own colored marker. \r\nYou all have made learning about the different quadrants on the coordinate plane come to life. They loved the lit up water, the jellyfish and two neon colored fish. They even named them! Marshmallow, Wings of Fire, Rosie and Rocket are now our \"class pets\". \r\n\r\nThe other sensory items they have really enjoyed are the lava lamps and robot fidgets. They use these as short lived brain breaks to help with focus and attention. The students also use the sound proof headphones daily when working.
