That excitement has continued as they use them daily. I've also been so impressed with how responsible students have been in keeping track of their materials. At first, they might have seemed like small items, but they had a huge impact. Students no longer worried about not having something as simple as a pencil to complete their work, which boosted their confidence and kept the focus on learning. The dry erase markers allowed us to make our math lessons more interactive, with students eagerly coming up to the board to solve problems. Even the tissues played a role in keeping kids comfortable and healthy during allergy season.\r\n\r\nWhat stood out most was how these \"small\" items created a big sense of security in our classroom. Students knew their needs would be met, and that gave them the freedom to participate more fully and feel proud of their work.
