The Lakeshore Hands‑On Science Specimen Center has become one of our most popular learning stations. Students eagerly gather to examine preserved insects, shells, rocks, and plants using magnifying glasses, just like real scientists. One special moment was when a group of students carefully compared a shell and a rock, noting texture, shape, and weight, and explaining their observations to peers using new science vocabulary.\r\n\r\nThe Sprout & Grow Window Kit and glass propagation terrarium have transformed our classroom into a living science lab. Students observe roots forming, stems growing upward, and leaves slowly emerging. Each morning, children rush in asking, \"Did it grow?\" and proudly point out changes they notice. With their own planting pots, every child planted a seed, watered it, and labeled it with their name.
