We have already used several art materials including acrylic paint, brushes, canvases, and the document camera. Art I and Middle School students used paint, brushes and canvases to create color studies of themed cupcakes. \r\nGraphic Design II students have been learning about stop-motion animation by pairing our classroom tablet with the document camera. Students are so excited to be working on student led animation projects! \r\nThe classes were all so excited to see the new supplies and learn about the upcoming projects. Art class is important for many reasons and having new and more supplies helps us to expand what we can do and allow students to enjoy their work more. \r\nThe weaving looms will be used soon. And students absolutely love learning how to create weavings. In the past I have created individual looms for students using cardboard boxes and this was so time consuming and they don't last long. Having the wooden looms will be such a joy.
