Your donation of supplies has already made a meaningful difference in creating a space where students feel equipped, encouraged, and ready to learn. Knowing that our community believes in the importance of education—and in these students—brings an energy to the room that can't be bought. Your contribution strengthens the foundation on which their confidence is built.\r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness, students now have access to the materials they need to engage fully with challenging concepts and collaborate in ways that spark genuine understanding. These supplies help transform abstract ideas into something they can see and work with. Your support empowers them to take ownership of their learning and to see themselves as capable problem‑solvers.\r\n\r\nPlease know how deeply appreciated your generosity is—not just by me, but by every student who walks through my classroom door. Your investment in their education sends a powerful message: that they matter, that their future matters, and that they are surrounded by people who want to see them succeed. Thank you for helping create a learning environment where growth and confidence can thrive.","fullyFundedDate":1772588993115,"projectUrl":"project/give-deserving-students-a-better-chance/10120070/","projectTitle":"Give Deserving Students a Better Chance...","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. ARIAS","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10442085_orig.jpg?crop=2544,2544,x0,y195&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1772053950647","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10442085"},{"teacherId":3451624,"projectId":10205185,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation to my project. We have begun our Unit on Probability. Each item will be used in a different manner to deepen the understanding of probability with a hands-on approach through experiments. The dice and deck of cards will be used for our lesson on Theoretical VS Experimental probability. One of my classes is a little less motivated than the others and when we used the dice on an assignment, I saw 100% engagement. They understood the experimental process more deeply because of this. \r\n\r\nAs my items came in, I shared them in excitement with all the classes. They are looking forward to using the magnetic dart boards for the geometric probability lesson. This lesson will take place next week and I cannot wait to share photos of their learning.\r\n\r\nThe spinners will be used in conjunction with the dice for compound probability. This will show the students how two events affect one another in probability. My hope is that with these items, my future lessons will transition to building a thinking classroom where students learn with problem-solving techniques. Again, my students and I cannot express our extreme gratitude to your donation.","fullyFundedDate":1776962358436,"projectUrl":"project/experimental-probability-fun/10205185/","projectTitle":"Experimental Probability Fun","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Esparza","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3451624"},{"teacherId":9679004,"projectId":9912920,"letterContent":"When the new materials arrived in our classroom, my students were excited and eager to start using them. I work with students in the Borderland region, where many of my students come from low-income homes and households where English is not the primary language spoken. This can make it challenging for families to help their children with schoolwork at home. Because of this, school often becomes the main place where students receive the resources and support they need to succeed.\r\nThese supplies have already made a positive impact in our classroom. Many families in our community are not always able to provide everyday school materials, so having these resources available ensures that every student can fully participate in our lessons. We have been using the materials during small-group activities and hands-on learning opportunities that help students stay engaged and build confidence in their skills.\r\nThanks to your generosity, my students now have tools that support their learning and help create a more inclusive classroom environment. As we continue our lessons and projects, these resources will help students strengthen important academic skills while feeling supported and motivated to learn.
