The activities are structured to revisit important skills in a way that is manageable and engaging, helping students recognize their own growth over time. Many of the students are English language learners and benefit greatly from the repeated exposure to math vocabulary and concepts. The routine and consistency have helped students feel more comfortable participating in class discussions and tackling challenging problems independently.\r\n\r\nThe spiral review gives them multiple opportunities to practice and master skills instead of feeling discouraged after one lesson.
