One of our students proudly shared how he improved his pacing after learning more about his fitness data, and moments like that have made this resource truly meaningful.\r\n\r\nOur next step is guiding students to set individual running goals for the season using the information they collect. They're learning to connect fitness habits with endurance, pacing, and overall performance in a way that feels empowering and real.
