We are very hands on class that I allow to use their own ideas and creativity when completing assignments. The students are more engaged and retain the information learned better. They were excited to see all the supplies that they were going to be able to use in class. They began asking questions about the type of projects that they would be doing. \r\n\r\nWe utilized the markers and paint when students were designing official dress that they had to construct and then dress their partners. The more they get to color, draw or paint, the more involved they become.
