They were especially excited to know that they would be able to use the board themselves during lessons. \r\n We are using our new magnetic whiteboard every day to make our math and reading lessons more interactive. In math, students use magnetic manipulatives to model place value, compare numbers, and explain their thinking. During reading, we use the board to display vocabulary and practice comprehension skills. \r\n Our next steps are to continue using the whiteboard to strengthen our grade-level math and reading TEKS. Students will work together to solve increasingly challenging problems, explain their strategies, build vocabulary, and support their answers with evidence from texts. I am excited to continue watching my students become more confident, active learners as they use this resource to show what they know.\r\n Thank you so much for investing in our classroom and in the learning of our students!
