With your donation, we were able to acquire five portable casio keyboards that the students at Pearson are currently using in modern band and general music classes. The students use these keyboards to perform several melodies and songs taught in class. They really love playing on them. \r\n\r\nThe keyboards are a great addition to our music program and have already made significant impact. Students are more interested in learning about music and playing the piano. They are more engaged in class and want to play a part in the sounds we are creating in the music classroom. My students in my modern band class are currently learning Seven Nation Army on the keyboard and everytime they perform the melody they get so excited. There are no words.
