The snacks are so helpful when a child forgets to bring one from home. The cloud has been used in our 'Imagination Station' through the weather, tropics, and zoo experiences. The umbrella hats were used in a sorting syllables station and also worn by students for fun. The rainbow toys, weather counters, and stacking blocks are also a lot of fun. The seeds have been planted, we're just waiting for flowers to bloom! The markers and paint sets let us do great art projects. The air fresheners and Clorox 4 in 1 spray have been very helpful to keeping our room smelling good and being clean. The safari animals, ball pit balls, stacking rocks, and jungle banner were used in stations that students really enjoyed. The snacks were helpful for when a student didn't have a snack and we still have some left. Being PreK, we kept it simple and helped those that needed support. Each student 'hunted' for eggs numbered 1-10. Then as a class they were told, \"Open the #1 egg. Now open #2.\" etc. It was a lot of fun! They loved getting the candy, Play-Doh egg, slime egg, light up flashing rubber chick, squishy axolotl and other items. \r\nThank you for helping my class practice number skills in a fun way. It was a celebration and a lesson at the same time. Students enjoyed rotating through making Year of the Fire Horse bracelets, doing horse sticker scenes, making paper lanterns, and more! This project made it possible to have a Year of the Horse storybook to read, the bracelet kits, horse sticker sheets, and rubber horse bracelets. Then I put the cardstock in the 'Color your own mugs' so that students helped create their own Name Mugs! The mugs were given to them filled with a pack of Oreos, candy canes, and chocolate. The gems, animals, and sensory bin set were great additions to our winter experience stations. The gingerbread house sticker sets were a fun activity at our winter party. We truly appreciate all of the fun stations, group activities, and free play options that these new items allowed us to experience.
