The items I received have allowed me to organize my students into color-coded groups based on their individual learning levels. With this system in place, I'm now able to differentiate instruction much more effectively and confidently. Instead of trying to juggle materials or adjust on the spot, I can quickly provide each group with exactly what they need to be successful. It has made small-group instruction smoother, more purposeful, and more impactful.\r\n\r\nThe decodable books have been especially powerful during our RTI time. When my students first saw the new books, their excitement was immediate. They couldn't wait to pick one out! They love having a variety and being able to make choices, especially since we use the same curriculum texts daily. Giving them fresh, engaging options has renewed their enthusiasm for reading. I've watched students beam with pride as they successfully read books that match their skill level, building both confidence and fluency.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, reading feels fun and empowering in our classroom. Moving forward, we will continue using these resources to strengthen foundational skills while building a true love for literacy. My goal has always been to make reading something students look forward to, and because of your support, that goal is becoming a reality every single day. Thank you for giving my students tools that help them grow and for being part of our learning journey.","fullyFundedDate":1770170656200,"projectUrl":"project/building-a-science-of-reading-library-fo/10075082/","projectTitle":"Building a Science-of-Reading Library for Kindergarten Readers","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hart","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10424484_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y84&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1769814796406","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10424484"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_16162","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":305,"numTeachers":28,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":14,"percentWhite":11,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":72,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"10.9:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":81.3,"schoolId":16162,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Wheelock Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Wheelock Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/lubbock-independent-school-district/wheelock-elementary-school/16162"}
