My students that did not come with school supplies were relieved to know there were school supplies already waiting for them. This allowed them to begin learning without having to stress and think about how or when their parents were going to get them supplies. Since my students had supplies at the ready, they were immediately able to begin learning. That was a huge blessing!\r\n Because students were able to have supplies at the ready, every single one of my students made progress in reading, writing, and social studies.
