They immediately jumped onto the new couch and into the games with so much enthusiasm that the couch didn't exactly survive. RIP to a very short-lived but very loved piece of furniture. 😂\r\n\r\nWe used the new resources constantly. The Lego sets became a full-class project: the kids built every set in record time and proudly turned the classroom into a tiny Lego town. They even held daily debates about who got to be the \"mayor,\" which, honestly, was the most political activity I've ever witnessed in a classroom.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was a creativity challenge where students had to invent a Lego gadget to solve a classroom problem, like the mysterious disappearing pencil epidemic.
