The resources you helped fund have made a tremendous difference. We used the fraction manipulatives during small group lessons to help students better understand the part-whole relationship. Many of our students had previously struggled with visualizing fractions, but having hands-on tools allowed them to make meaningful connections. It was exciting to see their \"aha!\" moments when they could clearly see how fractions fit together, and their confidence in math has grown as a result.\r\n\r\nThe fidgets were also a huge hit! Several students who typically have difficulty maintaining focus were more engaged and better able to regulate their attention during lessons. The treasure box prizes added an extra layer of motivation—students worked hard to earn a reward, and their excitement when choosing items was contagious. When the materials first arrived, the room buzzed with curiosity and gratitude. They were thrilled to explore the new tools and felt proud knowing that people outside of our school believed in their success.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we're continuing to build on our fraction knowledge by applying it to real-world math tasks, like creating recipes and designing classroom games. These new resources have become a staple in our math centers and behavior incentives, supporting both academic growth and emotional regulation.
