It has been wonderful to see their excitement when they first saw all of the different snacks available. Your generosity has made a meaningful difference in our daily learning environment. With the new construction paper, scissors, glue, and binder rings, my students have been able to fully participate in hands-on activities that support both creativity and skill development. Recently, we worked on adapted books where students practiced sequencing and comprehension by assembling their own interactive stories using binder rings. One student, who typically struggles with engagement, proudly shared their completed book with the class—it was a wonderful moment of confidence and accomplishment.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the excitement in the room was immediate. Students were eager to explore and couldn't wait to start creating. Having access to their own supplies helped them feel more independent and prepared, which set a positive tone for learning. Even simple tasks, like cutting and gluing, became opportunities for building fine motor skills and focus.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, we will continue using these materials to support literacy centers, craft-based learning projects, and individualized adapted resources. These tools allow me to tailor lessons to meet diverse needs while keeping students actively engaged. Your support has truly helped create a more inclusive and hands-on learning experience for every student in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1770248307683,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-basics-for-special-education-3/10067975/","projectTitle":"Classroom Basics for Special Education 3rd-5th Grade","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Debes","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10044324_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1748698206300","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/msdebesclass"},{"teacherId":10044324,"projectId":9593391,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support of our classroom.
